Adventures of Davina

Tim decided it would be fun to hit the road and head off to Holland. We spent an entire day in leisurely travel from Cambridge, UK to Schiedam, NL. We took a train to a Harwich and caught a ferry to the Hoek of Holland. It was SOOO much fun - and though there aren't many photos from this leg of my journey - I had a blast! http://www.stenaline.co.uk/ferry/

The ship was filled to the brim with trucks and cars traveling between the UK and Europe, and though we didn't meet anyone on the way out, we had a lovely evening with a mother-daughter team on the way back. There were plenty of truckers and tour groups on Sunday's return.. but on the way out, it wasn't crowded at all. We went out on the Hollandia and came back on the Brittanica.
